The Valencian government has authorized the signing of a cooperation agreement between the Second Vice Presidency and the Ministry of Housing and Bioclimatic Architecture and the public universities of the Valencian Community to carry out the activities of the New Green Transition Chair during the 2020 financial year. The Valencian government will allocate 175,000 euros to carry out research, teaching and dissemination activities on ecological transition strategies during 2020.
This agreement is signed as a result of the framework agreement signed on July 14 between the Second Vice Presidency and the 5 Valencian public universities for the creation of the New Green Transition Chair. The objective is to carry out research, teaching and dissemination activities on strategies and public policies regarding a just ecological transition and the fight against climate change within the framework of the concept of sustainable habitat.
