On December 12th the team of the Chair of New Green Transition at the University of Valencia participated in two events. 

On the one hand, it was present at the presentation of the TFG awards for sustainable tourism together with the Dean of the Faculty of Law, Francisco J. Palao Gil, the Director of the Institute of Human Rights of the University, Fernando Flores and the General Director of Institutional Coordination of the Generalitat Valenciana, Marc Aparici. The winners were the following:

First prize (500 euros) to the TFG presented by the student Panna Kirzsán: The incorporation of artificial intelligence in the sustainable development of tourism.

Second prize (300 euros) to the TFG presented by the student Daniel Enrique Da Silva: The strategic planning of tourism in the city of Valencia: an analysis of its actions from the perspective of sustainability.

Third prize (200 euros) to the TFG presented by the student Michelle Liza: Gastronomic tourism. An insight into the success of this global phenomenon and gastronomic tourists.

The event took place during the Human Rights Week of the University of Valencia. On the morning of December 12, the center was attended by the fourth vice-president of the Government and Minister for Ecological Transition and the Demographic Challenge, Teresa Ribera. In addition, at the the hall of the Faculty of Law was inaugurated an exposition on the Albufera, under the title L’Albufera: present i ¿futur?, with the aim of being exhibited in other faculties.
